planting a strawberry plant in soil
The secret to an abundant garden is right under your feet – bring your soil to life with Yates® Dynamic Lifter®

Garden TLC

You can feed your plants all the good vibes in the world, but what they really need to thrive lies below ground. Creating a luscious base of nutrient-rich soil gives new plants a solid start, keeps established plants thriving and is by far your best shot at a garden to brag about. So how do you do it?

Ground work

Adding organic matter will help take your soil from impoverished to abundant, but getting the right mix of ingredients can seem intimidatingly scientific. With Yates® Dynamic Lifter® Organic Soil Improver & Plant Fertiliser, all the hard work has been done for you. This measured mix of composted chicken manure, blood and bone, fishmeal and seaweed will improve the soil’s structure and water-holding ability, make a more hospitable environment for earthworms and microorganisms, and nourish your plants. And it’s organic! Dig it into the soil regularly, and add a handful to the planting hole before bedding in your new autumn plants.

Potting secrets

Potted plants look amazing, but they will need some extra loving care to do their best. Yates® Potting Mix with Dynamic Lifter® combines the nutritional abundance of Yates® Dynamic Lifter® with quality horticultural bark for a free-draining, general-purpose mix your plants will love.
