Our price guarantee

If you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item, we'll beat it by 10%. This is our Price Guarantee.

Our Price Guarantee applies to eligible products purchased in-store and online from Bunnings.

Our Price Guarantee does not apply to

  1. items sold by third-party sellers online through Bunnings Marketplace (Bunnings Marketplace - Bunnings Australia). Marketplace items are clearly labelled 'Marketplace' on the Bunnings product web page
  2. trade quotes
  3. stock liquidations
  4. commercial quantities
  5. items sold by other *Bunnings Group businesses

*Bunnings Group businesses means Blackwoods, Workwear Group, Tool Kit Depot and Beaumont Tiles corporate-owned stores (franchise stores are independent businesses).

Extending the Price Guarantee to Like for Like Products

Bunnings sells a wide range of products. Some Bunnings products are our own brands or brands that are exclusive to us, so an identical product may not be available from another retailer.

We extend the Price Guarantee to our own brand and exclusive brand products when you find a competitor product that is “like-for-like”.  Our team members will compare the products using a commonsense approach, including adjusting for different unit sizes or measurements.

How to obtain the Price Guarantee

In-store

Ask a Bunnings team member and show us the competitor’s lower price. This could be:

  1. a printed catalogue
  2. a photo or screenshot from the competitor’s website.

For a like for like comparison, please also provide information showing how the products are similar, such as size, materials, performance, or intended use.  A competitor’s product webpage or catalogue will usually provide what we need.

Online

For an online purchase, email Customer Support (customersupport@bunnings.com.au) before placing your order, and provide:

  1. the Bunnings product name and item number;
  2. a link to the competitor’s product; and
  3. any other information showing the competitors’ product and lower price (including the information above for like for like products).
