To track your order, enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.  Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails.  If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support on 1800 797 586 for assistance.

Orders placed before 4pm are generally ready for collection within four trading hours, subject to availability. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Find out more about Click & Collect.

*Pick up is not available Christmas Day or Good Friday.

In most cases, delivery for products purchased online will take 1-3 days in metro areas and 2-5+ days in regional. For some products, such as Special Orders items and remote areas, it may take 7-14 days.

Our refund and exchange policy is available online. If you need any clarification, please contact your local store where a Team Member will be able to assist you further.

We always welcome assistance animals. We also welcome well-behaved pets that are on a lead.

We ask that you maintain full control of your pet at all times and clean up after it, otherwise you will be asked to remove your pet from the store.
