Shop online and then collect your order in-store with our Click & Collect service. Now available at eligible warehouses across Australia.

The service

The Click & Collect offer is available to customers at select locations nationally, with a wide range of items available to be purchased online. Once your order is submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS letting you know its ready for collection. At this time you may also like to book in a collection time for our Drive & Collect service, where a team member will bring your order out to your vehicle at a pre-selected time. When collecting your order, please bring your confirmation email and ID.

Where do I collect my item from in-store?

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.

How long will my order take to process? 

Orders placed before 4pm are generally ready for collection within four trading hours, subject to availability. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

Simply come into any of our Bunnings warehouses, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.

Products available for Click & Collect will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect. 

You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 1800 797 586 to cancel an order.

At select Bunnings Warehouses, Drive & Collect is available for these orders, the link in your Ready to Collect email will allow you to book a suitable collection time 30 minutes after receiving the email.

Special Orders identifies our extended range that is not stocked in-store. These products are ordered once an order is placed and have longer lead times which are displayed for customers on the product details page.
We currently require full address details to help validate customer identification.
In the event a store needs to reach you, providing your phone number will allow us to reach you directly to discuss your order.

We restrict the sale and collection of selected dangerous good on our website. The products available may be limited in product size for Health and Safety management for our customers and stores.
