This is not an app issue however you can clear the cache from within the Google Play Store or Apple Store. 

Yes, you can. Occasionally you may come across a bug or technical issue within the app. You can contact our customer support team via email at customersupport@bunnings.com.au or call 1800 797 586. Alternatively, you can leave us feedback via our in app feedback for our developers to review.
You can find the Bunnings Privacy Policy here on the ‘Account’ page in the app.
This app uses your location data to help you find the products in your nearest store. You may choose not to allow this setting, and manually set your suburb to find your local store.
Yes. Customers who have a Bunnings account can add products to their cart and select Click & Collect or Click & Deliver based on product availability. Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Diners Club International.
Yes, please ensure you save your Flybuys member number to your account or enter it during the checkout process. Please see Scan & Collect Points With Flybuys - Bunnings Australia for more information.

Yes, if the product location information is available, you can view where your product is on the store map by clicking through the ‘Aisle’ button from search results or the product details page. You can also add a path to view the quickest way to get there by the store entrance you are coming from.

If we don't have aisle information for a product, it's best to seek help from a Team Member in-store.

The product you are trying to find may be a product that we need to order in. To find out more, go to our Special Orders desk and talk to a Team Member. You can view the location of the Special Orders desk on the map. Some Special Order products can also be purchased through the app.

Sometimes our stock level or aisle data may differ from what you see in-store. We're working on making this information as accurate and up-to-date as possible. If you notice an incorrect location, please let a team member know or let us know via in-app feedback.

You can view nearby store stock by clicking the check other stores' button on the product details page for each item.

Yes, you can. Select the ‘View Items on Map’ banner from within your list. You will then be shown a path through the store to collect all the products on your list. You can check products off as you go.

Yes, you can. Simply go to the map and tap the pin in the top left corner. From here, you can select your entrance point. The products on your list will then be arranged in the fastest way for you to navigate through the store.

Yes, for Bunnings Account customers. List syncing is available between the Bunnings App and website from app version 2.4 onwards. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app and are logged in to your Bunnings Account to use this feature.

There are two ways you can access the interactive map for your local store. Firstly, they can view the location of a product directly from the product's information page by clicking on 'View Map.' This option will zoom to pin-point the product's location. Secondly, they can access the store's overall map by clicking on the 'Store' tab and selecting 'View Store Map.'

A store may be under construction or new to the network. In this case, a new Interactive Map will be available soon.

Yes! Simply click on the stores tab and tap ‘view store map’. From here, tap ‘open’ in the bottom right corner to pull up the services available.

A Bunnings Account helps us to personalise your experience for you. By creating an account, you can access your online and store receipts for easy returns and warranty storage. You can add products to your cart and purchase them from the app. You can also create multiple lists and have them sync between the app and website if you are signed into your account.

Yes. You can login to your Bunnings Account in the app. Not a Bunnings Account customer? That’s okay – you can sign up from the app too!

Yes. You can use your same Bunnings account details via both the app and website.

Yes. You can log into the Bunnings App using OnePass subscription details.
Yes. Any online orders made using your Bunnings account (on Bunnings app or website), or instore using the Bunnings app digital card will display in the app under the ‘Account’ tab.

There are two ways to save a digital receipt into your account. Select the ‘Account’ tab on the app, and when signed in, a Digital Card QR code will display. Show this at the in-store register or scan at the self-checkout.

Alternatively, provide your mobile phone number at the in-store register or self-checkout when prompted, an SMS link with your digital receipt will be sent through. Follow the prompts from your SMS to save your receipt to your account and it will sync across to your app.
