/Sometimes your plants need help to thrive – especially when summer is being less than helpful, with a run of baking days and rain a distant memory. Richgro Ezi-Wet Soil Soaker reduces the impact of hot, drying weather and improves the condition of your soil, and you can use it just about anywhere: on potted plants, lawns, garden beds and edibles.
If you have sandy soil, prolonged dry weather or your potted plants haven’t been watered in a while, your soil can turn hydrophobic, developing a waxy coating that actually repels moisture. Ezi-Wet fixes this by breaking down the coating and allowing water to get right down to the roots of your plants, just where it’s needed, helping to reduce run-off and doing away with dry patches.
Promoting strong root growth means you won’t need to water as often – which is why Ezi-Wet gets a tick from the national Smart Approved WaterMark scheme. It’s aquatic friendly, safe for worms, and contains an organic fertiliser to give your plants a boost.
Ezi-Wet Soil Soaker comes in different formats to suit your garden and what you need to treat. For a large area – such as a lawn – Ezi-Wet Granulated Soil Soaker, available in 5kg or 10kg bags, is a quick and easy option.
Simply distribute it by hand or spreader as you would a fertiliser, and water in. The 2L Ezi-Wet Ready-to-Use Soil Soaker is speedy and convenient; attach it to your hose and off you go. Or dilute Ezi-Wet Concentrate Soil Soaker in a watering can according to the instructions and apply – the 1L bottle is also a refill for the 2L Ready-to Use. Add 500ml of Concentrate to the 2L bottle and fill to the top with water. Give your garden the Ezi-Wet treatment for a blooming space to enjoy year round.
Try the great range of soil soakers from Richgro.
