This flat pack base flashing is purpose-built for the VELUX FCM, VCM and VCS skylight range. Laser cut and pre-drilled, it arrives ready to assemble on site for fast and accurate installation. Designed specifically for trimdeck roofs, it features a 200mm front apron and 200mm sides with 25mm veritcal edges for a clean, weather-resistant finish. Suitable for pitches from 0–60 degrees, it creates a watertight seal that prevents leaks and protects your home.
