These terms and conditions apply to each Bunnings gift card that you purchase, whether that be an eGift card, physical gift card or corporate gift card purchased on the Bunnings website, a gift card purchased at a Bunnings store or a Bunnings gift card purchased from Coles or a Bunnings approved online stockist.
You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your gift card order is accurate, complete and up to date.
Your order for a gift card on the Bunnings website becomes effective upon successful transmission after you press 'Submit Payment' on the website. You cannot cancel the order after that time. If you are purchasing a physical gift card, you must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the gift card, as shown on the website when you complete your order. Delivery charges are not payable upon purchase of an eGift card.
We do not guarantee delivery of physical gift cards by a particular date, however, generally, please allow up to 10 days for a physical gift card to arrive via regular post and 5 days via express post. If your card has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please Contact Us so that we can investigate the delay or if you wish, you can ask us to cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
eGift cards purchased from the Bunnings website will be delivered to the email address nominated on your order once your payment has been received.
Risk in the gift card purchased by you passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the gift card after delivery.
If we cannot accept payment from your credit card, the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted advising you of this.
If you choose to add a personalised photo to the gift card, you are responsible for uploading images which are appropriate to print for in-store redemption. You must own the image or have consent to republish and adapt the image, and you authorise Bunnings to use, store and modify the image for the eGift card. Bunnings reserves the right to reject images which it considers inappropriate including, for example, illegal, indecent, socially inappropriate material or images which Bunnings considers may be protected by copyright or trade mark. If your image is rejected, your recipient may be issued with a standard Bunnings gift card to the equivalent value or, for orders of physical cards, you may be issued with a refund.
Bunnings gift cards are only valid if purchased from Bunnings, Coles or a Bunnings approved online stockist.
Please note that gift cards purchased in New Zealand are not redeemable in Australia and vice versa.
Bunnings gift cards can be used towards any purchase of goods and services up to the value of the gift card in person at any Bunnings store in Australia. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the gift card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
Bunnings gift cards cannot be used:
- to purchase goods or services via the Bunnings website, including Bunnings Marketplace, or over the phone; or
- as security deposit for any hire shop equipment.
When redeemed, the gift card must be relinquished to the cashier. The maximum change in cash that we can provide for any remaining gift card value is $9.95. Any change required that is greater than $9.95 will be provided in the form of a Bunnings gift card.
Bunnings is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
A Bunnings gift card is not a credit card or debit card and is not redeemable for cash.
Bunnings gift cards do not have an expiry date and are valid until you have redeemed the gift card in-store.
