Internal Door Installation Fee

Offer Overview The Door Installation service offers like-for-like replacement of existing doors purchased from Bunnings. Customers must have the new door on site before installation begins. The price covers installation of one door by a qualified tradesperson. Service applies only to compatible products bought at Bunnings. Please read the below information for further detail on inclusions and exclusions: Your Responsibilities You must purchase and take the product and Installation from Bunnings. There must be a safe and suitable area for the installation to take place and you must provide safe access for our installer. This offer is available for residential properties only Standard Inclusions The installation price covers: • Installation internal door. • Installation of doors up to 2340mm x 920mm. • 3-5mm off each side of the door (as per manufacture instructions). • Installation of standard barrel and cylinder lock only • Installation of new door hardware (must be on site for install). • Installation of standard door locks. • Installation of weather strip and/or viewing hole where require Standard Exclusions The standard price does not include the installation of: • Excludes aluminium door range. • Excludes all Protector branded aluminium screen doors. • Sliding Doors, Double Doors, Concertina Doors, Barn Doors, Bifold Doors, Pet Doors, Fire Rated Doors, Fibreglass Doors & Triple Lock Doors. • Works to frame or door jamb. • Installation of mortice locks or dummy locks. • Deadbolt is an additional charge. • Excludes all Protector branded aluminium screen doors. Additional Charges The installation package price is not inclusive of all pricing variables and other variations that may occur during installation. If additional charges apply, you will be advised before any installation works proceed. Complex Locks Tri Lock, Electronic Lock, Mortice Lock, and Dead Latches/Locks can be installed at an additional charge Any single door wider than 820mm and up to 2340mm in height can be installed at an additional charge A door frame in poor conditions can incur extra costs. The installer can plane the door up to 5mm, to account for minor frame defects, at no extra cost. If doors need to be altered further than 5mm then the installation cannot proceed Travel beyond 35kms of booking store will incur a fee of $1.50 per km in both directions
