Dulux PRECISION Sealer Binder is an oil-based prep coat that seals porous surfaces and binds unpainted powdery surfaces such as masonry, bare plaster, cement sheet and brick. It provides a sound foundation over which to apply subsequent paint coats. For best results, use it under Dulux topcoats on walls around your home and outdoor areas.
