How to use a marinade injector

Char-Griller’s marinade injector is a great way to boost the flavour of your next BBQ. The team from Char-Griller share more.

Step 1

Prepare your meat; trim, clean and pat it dry.

Step 2

Attach the needle to the injector according to your marinade texture and meat thickness. Turn it clockwise to secure it into place. Don’t overtighten the needle.

Step 3

Dip the needle into the marinade and pull back on the plunger to draw it into the injector.

Insert the needle into the meat and push down on the plunger to inject the marinade. It’s best to inject from a few different angles for best results.

 

Other hints and tips

For optimal performance, lightly coat the o-ring and rubber washer with vegetable oil before use.

To prolong the life of your Char-Griller marinade injector, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not place it in the dishwasher.
