This flat pack pitch adaptor base flashing is purpose-built for installing the VELUX FS, VS, VSE and VSS skylight pitched roof range on a flat roof. Laser cut and pre-drilled, it arrives ready to assemble on site for a fast and accurate installation. Designed specifically for klip lock roofs, it features 200mm sides and a 200mm front apron with 40mm vertical edges for a clean, weather-resistant finish. Suitable for pitches from 0 - 14 degrees, it creates the correct pitch for use of Velux pitched roof skylights alongside a watertight seal that prevents leaks and protects your home.
