- Installed on the rear of the spring, used to prevent swinging of springs and damaging the chassis body
- Position the shackle plates towards the front of the trailer at a 5 o'clock position
This shackle plate is suited to 60mm wide springs and connects to the welded-on dumjack using 5/8" bolts. For the rear of the spring, the shackle plate should be positioned so that it is pointing slightly towards the front of the trailer, approximately at a 5 o'clock position.
