Sunrise Shipping Policy

Sunrise is committed to providing our customers with fast and efficient shipping options. We aim to ensure that all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. We work with multiple courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is automatically selected based on size, weight, and delivery location of each item. To view the most up to date tracking please proceed directly to the courier’s website. Most non-bulky freight is shipped out within one business day. However please understand delays can happen. We are not responsibility for any loss or inconvenience financial, wellbeing or otherwise due to shipping issues/delays. Depending on a parcels weight and size the postage company will have authority to leave the parcel in a safe place on the property. Please ensure you keep an eye on tracking number to ensure you have received your parcel as once marked delivered we are not liable for any theft or loss of parcel. If your item is declared lost, damaged or missing something due to transit please contact our team and we will assist you. Once an order has been placed our team cannot change the shipping address. Although we try our best to service all areas possible, in the rare chance we are unable to logistically get your goods to the location you want delivered, our team will get in touch to see what options we have for you. This may include a cancellation/refund, sending goods to an alternative address or requesting you to pay a short fall in shipping. For bulky items (As deemed by our team) we can only send these to a business/commercial address with a forklift on site or closest depot for collection. Sunrise reserves the right to cancel any order that we are unable to ship due to logistic constraints or address issue. Delivery dates are estimates only and not a guarantee, postage costs paid are non-refundable for poor courier performance. Please avoid providing PO box addresses.

Sunrise Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Sunrise is committed to providing our customers a seamless returns process. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you might need to return your items and we are here to help. To enable our branches to process your return or exchange, you will need to provide a copy of your receipt or any proof of purchase. To receive a refund or exchange, goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. This includes any branded packaging such as blister packing, tags, stickers and must be in re-sellable and unopened condition. Where a product is deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not as described please contact our team for a suitable resolution that may include a free repair, replacement unit, exchange or refund.
