Steel-Deck custom made frames are designed and engineered with our core concepts of low maintenance, ease of installation, durability, and safety in mind. Our Kits include long span channel bearers and joists, using corrosion and fire resistant GALVASPAN® steel, offering a reliable and high-performance frame, resistant to rot and warping. Make up complete floor frames with as many modular Panels needed. Panels can be of any size up to 12.0 m long in the bearer direction, and 5.0 m wide in the joist direction. There are two Panel depths: 185mm for Panels up to 3.8m wide, and 235mm deep for Panels over 3.8m wide, up to 5.0m wide. The system is suitable for most residential and light commercial sub-floor applications, including office loaded shed mezzanines of 3.0kPa live load and 2.7kN concentrated load. Designs for 5.0kPa live loads are available.
