The SMAI women’s 15kg Olympic barbell has been manufactured to the same high quality as our men’s 20kg barbell, but has been optimized for female competitors. In Olympic weightlifting competitions, women use a different barbell to men. This means having a 25mm shaft diameter and 200cm bar length to help drive performance and accuracy. The bar has both IWF Olympic and powerlifting markings on the shaft and has a max load of 450kgs. Specifications: • Please note: Using Solid Steel plates on the barbell may strip the collar ridging over time. This may result in plates feeling loose when loading / unloading the bar over time.
