Skylight Installation Alternative

Installation is available for your Alternative Power or Solar Skylight Kit: The Skylight Installation service allows customers to have their new Alternative powered or solar skylight kit installed. Customers using this service are required to purchase their new skylight from Bunnings and have it on site prior to the commencement of installation. Your Responsibilities: You must purchase and take the powered or solar skylight kit home with you in readiness for installation. Delivery can be arranged at the time of order in store with a Team Member, charges apply. The property must have accessible roof and ceiling access, and there must be a safe and suitable area for the installation to take place. This offer is available for residential properties only. This offer does not include Shaft or Tunnel skylight installation, Velux skylights or roof windows. Standard Inclusions: Installation of customer pre-purchased powered or solar skylight kit. Assembly and installation of one powered or solar skylight kit onto a tiled or metal roof. Installation is available up to double story height. Indoor light unit must be installed on the ceiling immediately under the roof where the solar panel is mounted and not on a lower level of the property. For products with a 240V lighting feature, the property must have an existing light fixture or circuit where the indoor fitting is to be installed. All sealants needed for assembly and installation. Travel by installer up to 35kms from the booking Bunnings store. Replacement and removal of the existing fitting with the new unit, if required, and site clean up upon completion. Exclusions: Additional electrical work is excluded. No asbestos works or fibro roof work are included. Travel outside 35kms from the booking store will incur additional charges. Additional Charges: The installation package price is not inclusive of all pricing variables and other variations that may occur during installation. If additional charges apply, you will be advised before any installation works proceed. Travel more than 35kms from the booking store. Additional electrical work, if required.
