The Sellwood DN28 is suitable for more frequent residential use for ceiling heights 2250mm to 2800mm. They have an opening width of 560mm, so can fit between trusses at 600mm centres, common in modern homes built since the 1980s. The DN28 most often used to access storage space in the attic but is also suitable for light commercial use.
