The heavy duty recycled squeeze cast aluminum body has an extra thick base for superior heat conductivity side walls for mess free frying and a tempered glass lid. The extraordinarily hard exterior surface is a ceramic and titanium blend which is impossible to scrape away even with metal utensils. The patented spring-lock handle stays cool during normal stove top use while the pan is also oven safe up to 250ºc.
