This 26cm specialised pan combines Scanpan's signature non-stick coating and a clever European design to achieve standout sauteing. Made in Denmark from 100% recycled aluminium and featuring the exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating, the heavy duty body has an extra thick base for superior heat conductivity, side walls for mess free frying and a tempered glass lid. The patented handle is fused to the pan seamlessly to prohibit bacterial build-up, while the pan is suitable for all stovetops except induction and safe to use in the oven up to 250°C.
