Known for its premium non-stick cooking surface that is oven safe to 260°c and metal utensil safe properties, this pan is a must have in every kitchen. Do not use harsh scourers. • routine cleaning • when cooking is complete, empty contents and use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately. • whilst dishwasher safe, scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product. • do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves. • gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended. • ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use. • permanent marks may result if this is not done. • induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use. • permanent marks may result if this is not done. • not all scanpan stratanium non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology.
