This Pressure Cooker Accessory Pack includes 2 silicone sealing rings, a steamer insert, and a glass lid. The base of the pressure cooker can be used for regular stovetop cooking with the glass lid. Set Includes: How to Care: • 22cm Glass Lid with Bakelite Handle • 20cm Stainless Steel Steamer • 2 x 22cm Silicon Sealing Rings • Stainless Steel Trivet • After each use, remove the silicone sealing ring from the cover and wash it by hand in warm soapy water. • Never wash the sealing ring in the dishwasher • If food sticks to the sealing ring, do not scrub with abrasives or attempt to scrape the food off using any tools as this could tear the material. • To remove food from the sealing ring, soak it in warm soapy water until the food loosens easily. Once it is clean, allow the sealing ring to air dry. • Before each use and before storing the sealing ring in the cover, apply a thin coating of vegetable oil to the top and bottom of the silicone surface by hand • When storing the pressure cooker, place the sealing ring in the cover and place the cover upside-down on the utensil so that no undue stress is placed on the sealing ring. • Before cooking, ensure the sealing ring is not twisted and it is placed evenly in the groove around the entire circumference of the cover
