The Matador 6 Burner Titan BBQ Kitchen combines 6 burners with an even heat distribution system, including a powerful sear burner for high heat direct cooking, and a rear ceramic burner for added heat when cooking with the 240V rotisserie. The grill has the GrillSmart Oil Management System, which works by channelling fats and oils away from the food, reducing the chances of a flare-up and making cleaning easier. It also ensures the food is as healthy as possible. The #304 commercial grade stainless-steel roasting hood includes a large viewing window and a temperature gauge to easily monitor the progress of cooking. Meanwhile, the grill has a cast iron sear burner and #304 stainless-steel tube burners and flame tamers. It also has GrillSmart enamel cast iron grills and a hotplate with a stainless-steel warming rack. There is even the option to add smoking chips via a special drawer to give food an authentic smoky flavour. The knobs are backlit with safety LED lights to display chosen heat settings. Separate hood lights are also included for night-time grilling, and USB ports keep devices fully charged. The rest of the kitchen includes large soft-close drawers and doors and allows the storage of BBQ accessories and a gas cylinder (sold separately). The storage module can also be modified to fit the Matador mini-fridge (sold separately). LCC27 regulator cylinder connection is provided (for Australia) or QCC regulator cylinder connection (New Zealand). The barbecue can be converted to natural gas by a licensed plumber or gas fitter with the conversion kit I/N: 0404193 (sold separately).
