Installation is available for: The Outdoor Heat Strip Installation service provides customers with access to an easy and convenient option to install their new electric outdoor strip heater purchased from Bunnings. The cost is dependant on the kilowatts of the heat strip and the existing customer electrical compliance and circuitry. All offers are explained below. Outdoor Strip heater must be on-site prior to Assembly. This service is available for compatible products purchased from Bunnings. It includes the installation of an outdoor strip heater by a qualified tradesperson. Please read the below information for further detail on inclusions and exclusions: Strip Heater with a new electrical circuit (up to 2300W) Standard Inclusions: • Removal of new product from packaging ensuring all parts are present and are not damaged. • Assembly and Installation as per the manufacturer’s instructions to a weatherproof and compliant position up to 3.0m high. • Mounting the unit within range of the plug top to installed power point. • Electrical Circuit up to 2300W (not a complete new circuit). • Up to 10 meters of electrical cable and up to 8 meters of conduit and one bend with fixtures. • Waterproof double power point. • Clean-up of site upon completion. Standard Exclusions • No work to switchboards • Travel over 35kms from nearest Bunnings store. • New complete electrical circuits. • No Gas Heat Strips Additional Charges • A call out fee will apply if installation cannot be completed due to the requirements as set out in these terms and conditions not being fulfilled. • Extra cabling and conduit outside of standard inclusions. • The installation package price is not inclusive of all pricing variables and other variations that may occur during installation. b. If additional charges apply, you will be advised before any installation works proceed. • Extra km charge applies ($1.50 per km in each direction) if the property where the strip heater is being installed is further than 35km from the Bunnings store.
