The fibre combonation used in this rug is 90% wool in combination with 10% cottton yarns to weave the pattern. The rug has been handwoven by our skilled artisans on traditional looms from the harvested jute yarn, that is washed multiple times and pitted to turn the coarse natural jute fibres into smoother and softer texture. This rug is perfect gift for our mother nature as the natural jute yarns are 100% recyclable and do easily decomposes when returned back to nature.
