Garage Door Opener Installation

Service is available at selected stores. This service includes garage openers that are manufactured by the Chamberlain group including their Chamberlain and HomEntry range of openers. New installations now have the option for the Chamberlain MyQ Connectivity Kit to be installed at an additional cost. Our installation service on compatible products includes: • Physical installation • Door pinning, setup of new opener and any additional remotes purchased for the opener • Disposal of old opener if required • Demonstration of how to use the opener Inclusions: • Door Inspection and Preparation • Test doors movement and spring tensions • Basic door lubrication (hinges, rollers, guides and bearings) • Removal of any existing opener and the disengagement of any manual door handles. Exclusions: • Installation of a powerpoint Offer Terms & Conditions: • This service is only available on domestic properties and is not available to commercial properties or apartment buildings. • Installation cannot be performed on “Tilt Doors’, defined as a single piece rigid door. • The pre-existing door must be in good working order. • The opener must be mounted below 3.5metres above ground level. • It is recommended that a permanent power outlet be available within arm’s reach of the opener’s position to provide power.
