The EziLite Roof Access Hatch is a residential grade roof access hatch that comes pre-assembled as 1-piece, complete with roof specific flashing tray to suit your Roof Type (Tile or CGI or Deck: please specify with order). Includes gas struts for convenience; can be locked from the inside for security. These standard models are supplied with Zincalume flashings. Comes in 800(H) x 600(W) mm (throat size).
