Dymax Nano Co2 Diffuser MD-105 CO2 is arguably the most important element in the planted aquarium. It is required for respiration and growth by all aquatic plants, used in a process called photosynthesis. The Dymax Nano CO₂ Diffuser MD‑105 is an innovative CO₂ diffusion device made for small planted aquariums, built to achieve efficient CO₂ mixing without unnecessary bubble loss. It works by using the spinning action of incoming water flow inside a reaction chamber together with injected CO₂, colliding with the internal bio balls to maximise diffusion efficiency. The MD‑105 is recommended for aquarium tanks up to 60 cm, making it a strong choice for nano aquascapes and compact planted displays. This diffuser requires a separate water pump/internal filter (not included) to push water through the unit, and it also requires a CO₂ system/supply (not included). Suction cups and bioballs are included, and the outlet offers multi-directional adjustment to help aim flow and improve CO₂ circulation through the aquascape.
