In early 2011 we recognised a gap in the retail market when we struggled to source spare parts for our own aquariums. We decided that if we were having difficulties, other people might be too. In response to this dilemma, our online store was launched in January 2013 with over 600 aquarium spare parts and now is in excess of 3000.

We are more than happy to ship Australia wide. When you place an order we guarantee that your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. If, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to ship your order within 3-5 working days, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated delivery timeframe. At Aquarium Spare Parts we aim to ship your orders as efficiently as possible. If you have any queries or concerns regarding shipping timeframes or costs, please feel free to email us.

Aquarium Spare Parts Return Policy

If you want to return a product, please DO NOT RETURN IT TO A BUNNINGS STORE. We are an online marketplace and your order MUST be sent back directly to us.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU RETURN TO A BUNNINGS STORE.

PLEASE Follow the steps below if you require a return:

If you find you are not satisfied with an item that you have received, you are welcome to return it to us. We accept returns within 365 days of purchase when the item is in its original condition, with packaging & labels, unopened and unused. This does not include food or any other perishable items.

We will send you a return label. Please ensure it is stuck on the front of the package and given to Australia Post.

All returns within the 365 day period are required to include your receipt. Once we have received and accepted the returned item, a refund or credit will be issued. Shipping or return shipping prices are not included in the refunded price.
