Fits MacDon, Case IH, platforms including models like 960, 962, 963, 972, 973, 974, D40, D50, D60, FD70, 1042, 1052, 2042, 2052, 2062, 2152 and 2162. It protects the sickle sections and guides crop evenly into the cutterbar for smooth, clean cutting performance. Worn or damaged guards reduce cutting quality, increase knife wear and risk downtime. Replacing them maintains efficient cutting and protects the header. This is an aftermarket replacement part.
