We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via the Bunnings seller messaging system in your order confirmation email. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Faulty or incorrect items will be collected at our cost and replaced or refunded in full.
