For the pizza dough:
For the pizza sauce:
1.Start by preparing the pizza dough. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
2.Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for five to seven minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
3.Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
4.While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza sauce by combining the crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
5.Preheat your pizza oven to the highest temperature possible, typically around 450°C for a wood-fired pizza oven. If using a gas or electric pizza oven, preheat to 250°C.
6.Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion into a 30 cm circle.
7.Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza peel dusted with flour or a pizza stone. Spread a thin layer of the cooled pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
1.Evenly distribute half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange half of the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
2.Carefully slide the prepared pizza into the preheated pizza oven. Cook for eight to 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on the pizza while it cooks, as cooking times may vary depending on the oven temperature.
3.Use a pizza peel or large spatula to remove the cooked pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it into slices. If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves.

2.Remove the packaging from the Camembert cheese and place it on a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
3.Use a sharp knife to make shallow cuts in the top of the cheese, creating a criss-cross pattern about 1cm apart.
4.Insert the garlic slices and rosemary sprig into the cuts in the cheese.
5.Sprinkle the crushed walnuts over the top of the cheese, making sure to cover it evenly.
6.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

13.While the scrolls are baking, make the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
14.Once the scrolls are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for five to 10 minutes.
15.Drizzle the glaze over the top of the scrolls, following the cross shape.
Ingredients:
1.Preheat your pizza oven to 180°C.
2.Season the butterflied chicken with Char-Griller BBQ rub , salt, and pepper. Be sure to rub the seasoning all over the chicken, including under the skin.

4.Place the seasoned butterflied chicken in a cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish. Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the chicken.
5.Place the skillet or baking dish in the pizza oven and roast for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred. A butterflied chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 75°C when measured at the thickest part of the meat.
6.Remove the skillet or baking dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for five to 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the flavorful butterflied chicken with the perfectly roasted vegetables as a tasty and satisfying meal.
