Command’s removable hooks and clips make it easy to transform your home into a festive wonderland.

Festive bling

Get out your fairy lights and decorative wreaths: Christmas is coming and it’s time to fill your home with twinkly cheer. Command's decorating clips and hooks are the holiday helpers you need need to create an amazing Christmas display without damaging your walls. They’re almost invisible, are easy to apply and they hold firmly. They’re also simple to take down when the festive fun is over. We’re sharing great ideas to create inspired displays with a little help from Command.

Lights galore

From Noël to New Year’s, Command’s decorating clips and hooks will see you through the party season. There’s nothing more magical than a room full of Christmas lights, and it’s even more amazing if you can’t see how the magic happens! Use Command decorating clips to securely cradle the cords, so your twinkly lights will stay in place and out of the way.

Tip: Try hanging a string of lights in the shape of a tree. Use the clips to secure the wires in place while you create the perfect shape. Because the clips are clear, it will look as though the lights are clinging to the wall all by themselves.

A bounty of bunting

Securing string decorations is simple. Dig out some tinsel or get the kids to make bunting or paper chains, and hang them with Command hooks. When Christmas is over, you can reuse the hooks by hanging your New Year’s decorations in the same spot!

Stocking filler

No mantelpiece to hang your stockings on? No worries! String some fairy lights or Christmassy twine across a corner of a room and secure with Command mini hooks on each wall. Hang trinkets, garlands and even stockings with the Command range.

Tip: Add a few Command decorating clips if you want the string to hang straight and not sag under the weight of the stockings. Tie your stockings on with festive ribbon; alternatively, try threading the lights or twine through the stocking tabs.

Ringmaster

A wreath on your front door is a joyful way to celebrate the holiday season, providing all the festive feels every time you come home. Hang yours almost invisibly with a clear Command hook. A medium hook will hold up to 900g, which should be more than enough to handle a bauble-laden wreath. No space for a tree? Deck the walls instead, securing some sparkle with decorating clips.

Tip: Decorating clips allow you to add festive flair and fairy lights to the kids’ rooms, too.

Off your tree

If some of your treasured decorations are getting buried on an over-full tree, it’s time to branch out! Try attaching Command mini hooks to a doorframe or a piece of furniture and you can dangle your decorations – from the kids’ homemade masterpieces to prized heirlooms – where you can see them. This is also a great trick if there’s no room for a bulky tree at your place. Use Command mini hooks to hang trinkets on the wall, framed by a string of lights in the shape of a tree. Or create a magical Christmas wonderland with twinkling lights cascading from mini hooks.
