Scandia heater on in the back room next to wicker chair
Get a warm welcome this winter, thanks to the romance and charm of a Scandia wood fire.

A fire to inspire

A traditional wood fire adds more to your home than just heat. Along with an enjoyable wash of warmth, a flickering fire inspires romance and connection. The crackling flames provide a comforting soundtrack. Even the ancient ritual of building and feeding a fire is inherently satisfying.

The Scandia wood fire range is a highly efficient heating option. Scandia’s innovative clean-burning technology exceeds Australian standards, delivering a sustainable form of heating. Plus, a Scandia wood fire reduces reliance on other heating methods, which also reduces utilities costs.

Tradition meets cutting-edge technology

The Scandia Warmbrite 200 Series 4 is at home in everything from a farmhouse cottage to a modern house. It captures all the charm of a traditional wood fire, but with a modern technological twist. Behind the classic square facade, the Warmbrite 200 has the ability to heat a living space up to 200sqm, with a three-speed electric fan for temperature control. It also includes a Clearview air wash system, which helps prevent blackening of the glass, preserving your cosy view.

Radiant style

For a more modern space, the Scandia Edge 50 radiant wood fire will be the statement centrepiece of your living room. As well as heating up to 200sqm, the three-sided viewing glass lets you admire the flames from more angles, while the elegantly slender legs and clean lines of the Edge 50 make it an aesthetic asset even when unlit. Enjoy the leggy look or match it with the asymmetrical wood stacker base (sold separately).

Off-grid cooking

The Scandia Heat & Cook wood fire is designed for use both inside and outside. It is the ideal choice for off-grid properties, or anyone who wants more bang for their buck. It also heats up to 200sqm, and it includes a temperature-controlled oven and a cooktop with removable hotplates (for optional open-flame cooking). There’s also the option to add a hot water boiler to supplement your water heating system.

Keep in mind...

  • Supervise children and pets around fires at all times.
  • Wood heaters should be installed by a licensed professional to manufacturer’s specifications and comply with local council regulations. Only burn dry, well-seasoned and chemically untreated wood (not painted, stained or treated with preservative) and do not burn garbage or plastic.
