/Home security has never looked so good. Gainsborough’s Trilock® signature 3-in-1 functionality smartens up door furniture and deadlocks. Whether you’re browsing for an updated look for your front door or searching for the ideal entry system for a holiday home rental, there’s a smart and stylish lock for you.
Remove the need for keys by pairing a Gainsborough Trilock Freestyle® Aurora Smart Lock (available in ‘Brushed Satin Chrome’ and ‘Matt Black’) with the Gainsborough Freestyle Wi-Fi Bridge and Door Sensor Kit. This will allow you to enter using just your smartphone. It’s a dream combination for holiday rentals, too, as the lock can be operated from anywhere in the world. You can seamlessly assign, invite and schedule different users, all from your phone.
With a Gainsborough Trilock Freestyle® Aurora Smart Lock, going keyless is easy, thanks to a discreetly hidden keypad that sits behind a clever slide cover. The signature Trilock® 3-in-1 function also allows for easy passage when you need it, a lockset mode for safety, and a double cylinder deadbolt for ultimate security, all in the one sleek system. For peace of mind, there’s also a key included for emergency override.
The installation process is straightforward for doors with 35mm-45mm thickness and a 60mm backset. The lock can also be retrofitted to replace mechanical Trilocks, as well as many standard entrance sets. Once installed, programming is a breeze.

Asbestos, lead-based paints and copper chromium arsenic (CCA) treated timber are health hazards you need to look out for when renovating older homes. These substances can easily be disturbed when renovating and exposure to them can cause a range of life-threatening diseases and conditions including cancer. For information on the dangers of asbestos, lead-based paint and CCA treated timber and tips for dealing with these materials contact your local council's Environmental Health Officer or visit our Health & Safety page.
