Steps

190-degree corner clamp

The 90-degree corner clamp is a versatile tool for creating perfect joints in timber projects. Simply place it on top of the timber pieces, tighten the handle, and achieve a strong 90-degree joint. This clamp is ideal for cabinetry, furniture-making, and precise and professional D.I.Y. creations.

2Cabinet jig

The cabinet jig is a time-saving tool that simplifies hardware installation by reducing setup and measuring time. It allows you to drill multiple holes at once, and it's adjustable to fit various cabinet sizes and styles. With the cabinet jig, you'll breeze through hardware installation, saving time and achieving consistent results. Enjoy hassle-free setup and precise drilling for a professional finish.

To use the jig, set the handle depth and tighten the wing nut. Adjust the drill guides to match the handle width using the pre-marked notches, then secure with the nut. Remember to perform periodic quality checks during drilling.

3Concealed hinge jig

The hinge jig provides precise positioning and depth for concealed hinges, guaranteeing smooth door closure and secure attachment. The hinge jig eliminates guesswork and uncertainty by ensuring each hinge is installed at the correct depth and position.

To use the jig, start by marking where you want your hinges to go. Set the desired hinge placement by adjusting the dials. Connect the jig to your drill, align your mark with the zero on the jig, and press down to create the hole. Once the holes are drilled, clean them out, place the hinges in, and mark the screw holes. Pre-drill the screw holes and secure the hinges in place with screws.

4Pocket hole jig

The pocket hole jig is a versatile tool that enables quick and easy joining of timber pieces. It suits a wide range of projects, from small D.I.Y. jobs to large furniture creations, and works well with hardwood, softwood, and composite materials.

To begin, adjust the stop collar using the depth gauge provided, depending on your timber thickness. Mark the halfway point on your timber and position it on the jig. Clamp the timber securely, then use the drill bit to pre-drill the holes. Clamp the second timber piece onto the first and screw them together. The pocket hole jig makes sure you get a strong and reliable connection every time.
