The Electric CROSSRAY uses the same worldwide patented technology as the Gas CROSSRAY BBQ, replacing the surface combustion gas burners with high intensity carbon fibre infra-red elements mounted in angled reflector casings.
The exceptional efficiency of the design optimizes the available heat for cooking and eliminates heat loss to outside – superior to all other electric BBQ’s.
