Pan is designed to be pre heated in oven. Handles will get very hot, always pick up with tea towel or oven mitt. Always allow your pan to cool before washing. After use, wipe your pan clean or wash your pan lightly in warm water. Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer. To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off. Place paper towels between pans as this absorbs moisture. Cast Iron cookware should never be placed in the dishwasher or microwave. Do not clean your cast iron pan with oven cleaner.
