Goodbuyz Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in 2 business days from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2-5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 10 days.

We can not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia.

At Goodbuyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure we can assist you properly, please contact us first before returning any item. This allows us to guide you through the process and provide a “Return Authorization Number” for easier identification when your item is received at our warehouse.

We reserve the right to make changes to this change of mind policy without notice.

Change of Mind
We understand that shopping online can be challenging when you cannot physically inspect an item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided:
• The item is unopened and unused
• All original tags and labels are attached
• The item is returned undamaged
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged in transit cannot be accepted.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund
If your item is faulty, unsafe, defective, or does not work as intended, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Repairs:
• Minor issues may be resolved with free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
Replacements and Refunds:
• For major faults, you are entitled to a replacement (identical to the original item unless unavailable) or a refund
• Refunds are issued in the same payment method and amount as the original purchase

Returning the Product
To make a return, please contact us first to obtain your Return Authorization Number. This ensures your return is processed quickly and accurately.
Items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are generally responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed. Receipts for postage or transportation costs must be provided if you are requesting reimbursement.
All return items must include:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Delivery address
• Copy of proof of purchase (original or copy)
• Return Authorization Number
Returns without this information may be delayed. If an item is found to be not faulty, it will be returned to you, and you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
