blue planet white spot remedy 500ml white spot is a common fish parasite that can be introduced via new fish, plants or can appear when fish are stressed either from temperature change or a change in environement. These parasites appear as small white spots (pin head size) on the fish's body fins. These parasites appeare distrinct small white spots on the fishes body and fins. please note that white spot is normally also present in water. when your fish immune system is down the white spot has the opportunity to affect the slime coat of your fish and attach. untreated your fishs health will decline and result in fatality. blue panet white spot remedy is a broad spectrum medication for treatment of white spot (ichthyophthirius multifiliis), velvet disease (oodinium spp.), and fungal disease in goldfish, freshwater and tropical freshwater fish. Unless prompt action is taken, fatalities will occur. suitable for tropical/freshwater aquarium fish directions for use: not to be used on fish intended for human consumption. ensure aquarium water is well aerated for the duration of the treatment. activated carbon should be removed from filtration system for the duration of treatment. Activated carbon will remove this product from aquarium water resulting in ineffective treatment. this product contains a dye which will stain if spilled. dosage: use 5ml per 20l of aquarium water for tetra species, baby fish and scaleless fish (loaches, etc), use a reduced dosage of 5ml per 40l of aquarium water. repeat dosage after 3 days.
