Fixed vertically between your frame and cladding, it holds a consistent 12mm cavity so the wall can drain and breathe – cutting condensation, mould and rot risk – while breaking the thermal bridge through the frame, adding R0.32 at 12mm to your wall. Made from high-compression XPS, it won't rot, swell, absorb moisture or attract termites, and it keeps cladding lines dead straight – no waves, no costly callbacks.
