Animal or Pet Enclosure Assembly – Category 1 (Kennel)

Assembly is available for your Category 1 - Kennel: The Animal or Pet Enclosure Assembly service allows customers to have their new eligible Category 1 - Kennel assembled. Customers using this service are required to purchase their kennel from Bunnings and have it on site prior to the commencement of assembly. Your Responsibilities: You must purchase and take the kennel home with you in readiness for assembly. Delivery can be arranged at the time of order in store with a Team Member, charges apply. There must be a safe and suitable area for assembly to take place. There must be a suitable floor base, such as a concrete slab or decking, and it must be possible to anchor the enclosure as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Assembly will not take place if the kennel cannot be anchored down on completion as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Standard Inclusions: Assembly of one eligible Category 1 - Kennel as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Unpack product and check all parts are present and that there is no damage. Anchor to a suitable base using the fixing kit supplied with the product, as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Clean up of site upon completion. Assembly price is based on one unit only. Travel by installer up to 35km from the booking Bunnings store. Exclusions: Delivery of product, unless arranged separately at the time of purchase. Supply or preparation of an appropriate structural base for the product. Removal of existing structures. Assembly where the enclosure cannot be safely anchored as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Travel outside the 35km radius from the booking store, unless additional charges are accepted. Disposal of pet enclosures or existing structures. Additional Charges: The assembly package price is not inclusive of all pricing variables and other variations that may occur during assembly. If additional charges apply, you will be advised before any assembly works proceed. Extra kilometre charge applies at $1.50 per km return trip if the property is further than 35km from a Bunnings store. A call out fee may apply if assembly cannot be completed because the requirements set out in the terms and conditions have not been fulfilled. Additional charges may apply if the service agent needs to return to site due to missing or damaged parts.
