Create secure, enclosed storage for vehicles and outdoor equipment with the Absco 5.64 x 5.49m Double Garage. The spacious interior can accommodate two standard passenger vehicles or provide room for a combination of cars, motorbikes, trailers, small boats, tools and larger equipment. Wide double hinged doors provide approximately 4.4m of clearance, making it easier to move vehicles and bulky items in and out. Braced doors, strong internal framing and superior wall rigidity provide added strength and security. Made in Australia from high-tensile BlueScope steel, the garage features a durable Colorbond® finish and rolled safety edges. Gutters and downpipes are included to help collect and direct rainwater. The structure is engineered to an N2 wind rating when correctly anchored to a suitable concrete slab. Sleeve anchors are not supplied with this garage. You will require 26 x 12mm x 130mm sleeve anchors, purchased separately. The concrete slab and garage floor are not supplied. Allow at least 2–3 people, with additional help recommended during final construction. Council or local authority approval may be required, so check with your local council before purchasing or beginning installation.
