Absco Structures 3.02 x 0.88 x 2.20m Monument Versa Shed

Create a practical and versatile outdoor space with the Absco 3.02 x 0.88m Tilt Door Shed. Its narrow footprint makes it ideal for patios, courtyards and areas alongside the home where space is limited. The large tilt door is supported by gas struts to assist with opening and closing. When raised, it provides wide access across the front of the shed and creates a covered area that can be set up around a barbecue, workbench, gardening station or practical everyday storage. The shed measures 2.20m high when closed and reaches an overall height of 2.34m when the tilt door is fully open. Allow sufficient overhead clearance when positioning the shed under a patio, eave or other covered area. Made in Australia from durable COLORBOND steel, this shed is engineered to an N2 wind rating for non-cyclonic conditions when correctly installed and anchored. Anchors are included for installation on a suitable concrete slab. It is also backed by Absco’s lifetime structural warranty for long-term peace of mind. Concrete slab and shed floor are not supplied. Always follow the barbecue manufacturer’s clearance, ventilation and operating requirements when using a barbecue within the structure.
