This 3m long flat roof shed is a useful size for everyday outdoor storage, giving you room for a lawn mower, garden tools, bags of potting mix, outdoor equipment, storage tubs and smaller bikes. The single hinged door provides simple everyday access, while door bracing and pad bolt security help keep stored items secure. Its flat roof design makes it a practical option for compact storage spaces, under suitable covered areas, or tucked neatly into a garden corner. While the simplicity of their design makes them cost-effective to build and install, it's important to note that, unlike skillion or gable roof models, flat-roofed sheds may experience some pooling in heavy rain if not covered, due to their drainage characteristics. Made in Australia from high-tensile BlueScope steel, this shed is engineered to an N2 wind rating when correctly anchored to a concrete slab. Bolt down kits are not included with this Colorbond® model. You will require 16 anchors / 4 packs for concrete slab installation, purchased separately - I/N 0214534. Concrete slab and shed floor are not supplied. A cyclone kit upgrade may be available for some models depending on your location. Assembly is supported by Absco's SNAPTiTE system, pre-punched holes and labelled parts. For best results, watch the assembly video before starting, check all parts against the packing list, build with at least 2 people during final construction, and avoid assembling in windy conditions.
