This compact flat roof model is suited to limited storage needs where you want to keep small household and outdoor items organised without taking up the space of a full-size garden shed. Use it for items such as brooms, mops, long-handled garden tools, hand tools, small storage tubs, watering cans, potting supplies, outdoor cleaning items, pool toys or occasional-use household items. The single hinged door provides straightforward access, while the slim footprint and extra depth make it a practical choice for carports, covered patios, under suitable roof eaves or discreet garden corners. Made in Australia from high-tensile BlueScope steel, this shed features a simple flat roof design, braced single door, safety edges and superior wall rigidity. While the simplicity of the design makes it cost-effective to build and install, flat-roofed sheds may experience some pooling in heavy rain if not covered, due to their drainage characteristics. This model has a wind rating of NA and should not be described as N2 wind rated. Bolt down kits are not included with this Colorbond® model. You will require 8 anchors / 2 packs for concrete slab installation, purchased separately - I/N 0214534. Concrete slab and shed floor are not supplied. Assembly is supported by Absco's SNAPTiTE system, pre-punched holes and labelled parts. For best results, watch the assembly video before starting, check all parts against the packing list, build with at least 2 people for easier handling, and avoid assembling in windy conditions.
