500mm Coral Bark Maple - Acer palmatum Senkaki

This beautiful small tree is one of the best examples of Japanese Maple. Growing approximately 6 metres tall and wide, Coral Bark Maples give a great show year round. Light green foliage appears in Spring then turns to Classic Autumn tones. As the leaves start to fall the stems of the trees turn to a fire engine red colour for the winter.
This superb tree is a feature in any sheltered spot in the garden.

It can be grown in containers and are good for Bonsai. We grow them in full sun but for best results, preferably give them afternoon protection from the sun, the north wind, or better yet; both.
