A great Lilly Pilly for ‘Formal’ or ‘Informal’ fence line screening.
This medium sized shrub will grow to approximately 4 – 6mts but will clip beautifully at 2 – 3mts. With deep green foliage with bronze coloured new growth, it will make a great addition to any garden.
‘Minor’ has glossy green leaves and showy pink-purple berries follow creamy-white flowers if untrimmed.
It prefers fertile, moist soils that are well drained and mulched to keep moisture in for summer. It is very hardy once established.
Full sun and regular trimming (once or twice a year) will encourage very colourful new growth.
Regular feeding with either ‘Organic’ or ‘All purpose fertiliser’ will ensure great results. Acmena’s are Psyllids resistant which helps to make them very easy to look after.
