For use with the Ezistep Stringer Kits, Wilmaplex Step Treads can be easily attached with the use of a power drill with a #10 (No.2) square attachment. These treads are grooved, making them building code compliant when used for domestic purposes. Timber is a naturally occurring material which can have variations in colour and texture. Oil based treatment is recommended i.e. paint, stain. Please Note: Treated pine treads over 1000mm wide (multiples of) require a centre brace to be installed for added support under the tread, to comply with Australian Safety Standards.
