1. Courier Services
We utilize reputable courier services, including but not limited to Hunter Express, TNT, Toll, StarTrack and Couriers Please. Our shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, we will upload the tracking number to the Bunnings Marketplace. You can track the delivery status on the courier company's website. Please allow one to two working days for the tracking system to be updated.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. It's important to note that we do not have direct control over courier operations, and while we make every effort to meet delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes or be held responsible for unforeseen delays.
4. Authorization to Leave (ATL)
By purchasing this item, the buyer consents to unattended delivery/ATL by default, excluding shipping addresses to apartments. If you prefer an alternative arrangement, we kindly request you to contact us before dispatch. In the event of ATL/unattended delivery, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the associated risks, including the potential for theft or other damages to the item left at the premises.
5. Re-Delivery
In the event that you're not available at home and the driver determines it unsafe to leave the item at your address, a card will be left, and you may be required to collect the item from the depot or arrange a re-delivery, however please note that additional charges may apply.
6. Courier Communication:
Standard courier services do not include driver call/SMS notification before delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
7. Courier Preference:
While we choose the most economical courier, if you have a specific preference, contact us before placing your order. We'll inform you of any additional shipping charges.
8. Contact Information:
Provide your updated mobile phone number during checkout. If using a landline, ensure availability during business hours. Some couriers may attempt to contact you for delivery arrangements. Please be aware that their phone calls might appear as \private caller\ or without caller ID.
9. Delivery Assistance:
Standard courier deliveries in Australia are kerbside only. While some courteous drivers may willingly assist in moving items into your house upon request, it's important to note that such assistance is at the driver's discretion and may be refused.
In accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Guidelines, additional assistance may become necessary for unloading larger items or boxes. Should the couriers/drivers require aid in transporting the item directly to your door, we kindly ask you to arrange for an able-bodied person to be available at the delivery address. This individual will not only sign for the delivery but also assist the driver with the unloading process.
